It’s no secret that I don’t like ceiling fans. They are like the ugly stepchildren to beautiful chandelier Cinderellas. Not to mention that they produce air when I sleep! I like no air wafting across my skin when I sleep. None. But, I am married to a person who loves sleeping with a ceiling fan on so when he said that he wanted a ceiling fan in our bedroom, after not questioning any decision I’ve made so far in the house design, I said yes. How could I say no? I mean, look at that face…
So, I went on a hunt to find a ceiling fan that was not hideous and was really surprised because fans have come a long way since I first developed my preconceived notions that they were basically the ugliest things ever.
